For Property Hosts
What this section is for

How we will use this section
Over time, this section will house a clearer, more productized host journey. In v0.1, it’s intentionally simple and conversational. We’ll refine it as we learn from real host conversations, starting with Nava House.
What we do for hosts
- Help you design deeper, more intentional guest experiences that actually fit your space and boundaries.
- Support you in attracting better-aligned guests and collaborators, not just more volume.
- Explore ways to make your economics more stable and sensible, using directional scenarios rather than hype.
- Keep a governance and evidence trail so you can see — and show others — how major decisions were made.
What we’d need from you (at minimum)
- A simple property snapshot: layout, capacity, any special constraints or non-negotiables.
- Basic operations picture: who lives there, who manages it, how often it’s in use today.
- Rough economics bands: not detailed books, just a sense of what “healthy” would look like for you.
- Your energetic boundaries: what you absolutely do and do not want to hold in your space.
If that feels doable, the next step is a simple conversation. No commitment, no pressure — just a fit check.
